Now connect the phone to the computer while holding the {*} (Star) key on the keypad.

The flashing process will begin automatically.

Wait until the process is completed.

When the tool shows “Passed”, the flashing is successful.

Disconnect the phone and turn it on to check if the issue is resolved.
