Digital Asset Refund & Return Terms

1. Engineering Asset Policy Overview

ZoFind Engineering Lab provides laboratory-verified digital engineering assets including firmware bundle collections, FRP bypass engineering packs, QCN backup sets, EFS partition restore files, technical documentation, and professional GSM toolkit support resources.

Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital engineering assets, all transactions are considered final and binding once the asset has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded through our engineering repository portal.

2. No Return or Refund After Engineering Asset Access

Once an engineering asset (firmware bundle, FRP pack, loader file, or technical resource) has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or accessed via the ZoFind engineering portal, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or reversals. Digital engineering assets cannot be physically returned or technically revoked after access has been granted.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios (Limited)

Refund requests may only be evaluated under the following verifiable circumstances:

• Duplicate Engineering Transaction: Same user accidentally processed payment twice for identical engineering asset
• Asset Non-Delivery: Payment was deducted from your account but engineering asset was not delivered within 24 hours
• Technical Repository Error: ZoFind engineering portal experienced technical failure preventing legitimate asset access
• Corrupted Engineering File: Downloaded file is technically corrupted and cannot be used after verification by our engineering team

In such cases, users must contact the ZoFind Engineering Support Desk within 7 calendar days of transaction with proper payment proof and transaction ID for investigation.

4. Non-Refundable Engineering Scenarios

Under NO circumstances will refunds be provided for the following situations:

• Incorrect Asset Selection: User downloaded wrong firmware bundle, FRP pack, or engineering file for their device model
• Insufficient Technical Expertise: Lack of engineering knowledge or experience to properly use the downloaded asset
• Device Hardware Incompatibility: Device has physical damage, motherboard issues, or hardware limitations preventing successful flashing
• Change of Engineering Requirements: User changed their mind about asset requirement after download completion
• Third-Party Tool Conflicts: Issues arising from incompatible third-party software, cables, or computer configurations
• Engineering Asset Already Used: Asset has been opened, extracted, installed, or used in any repair procedure
• Security Software Interference: Antivirus or firewall blocking engineering tools (we recommend temporary disabling during flashing)

5. Technical Support vs Refund Eligibility

ZoFind Engineering Lab provides free technical guidance for all engineering assets downloaded from our repository. If you face installation, flashing, or compatibility issues, our engineering support team will assist you remotely via WhatsApp or Telegram help desk.

Important: Providing technical support does NOT automatically qualify you for a refund. Support and refund are separate processes with independent eligibility criteria.

6. User Engineering Responsibility

It is the exclusive responsibility of the technician or user to:

• Verify device model number, variant, region, and chipset compatibility before downloading any engineering asset
• Read complete product description, specifications, and requirements listed on each engineering asset page
• Ensure proper computer setup, drivers, cables, and required software before attempting any flash or repair procedure
• Backup device data before performing any engineering operation (ZoFind is not responsible for data loss)
• Understand that flashing and repair procedures carry inherent risks

7. Engineering Dispute Resolution Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3 (Eligible Scenarios), please follow this engineering dispute process:

1. Contact ZoFind Engineering Support Desk via WhatsApp (+91 7999085550) or Telegram (@zofind_engineering)
2. Provide your transaction ID, payment proof (screenshot/bank statement), and downloaded asset name
3. Describe the issue in detail with supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, video if applicable)
4. Our engineering team will investigate within 3-5 business days
5. If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
6. Refund decisions are final and binding

8. Engineering Asset Warranty Disclaimer

ZoFind engineering assets are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" engineering basis. While all files undergo laboratory verification before publishing, we do not guarantee:

• Compatibility with every device variant, region, or software version
• Successful repair outcome (repair success depends on multiple factors including device condition)
• Absence of software bugs or conflicts with specific computer configurations

ZoFind Engineering Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our engineering assets.

9. Policy Modification & Updates

ZoFind Engineering Lab reserves the sole right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Refund & Return Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the ZoFind engineering portal. Your continued use of the repository constitutes acceptance of the latest policy version.
