Terms of Service & Engineering Usage Agreement

1. Engineering Platform Overview

ZoFind Engineering Lab ("ZoFind", "we", "our", "us") operates a digital engineering repository providing laboratory-verified firmware bundles, FRP bypass engineering packs, QCN backup sets, EFS partition restore files, authentication loaders, firehose programmers, and professional GSM toolkit resources for mobile hardware technicians and repair professionals.

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Technician", "you", "your") and ZoFind Engineering Lab regarding your access to and use of our website, engineering repository, and associated services.

2. Engineering Asset License & Usage Rights

Upon successful transaction or authorized access, ZoFind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to use the downloaded engineering asset for:

• Legitimate mobile device repair and servicing operations
• Technical education and professional training purposes
• Internal use within your repair business or service center

Strictly Prohibited: Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, hosting on third-party platforms, reverse engineering, modification, or any commercial exploitation of ZoFind engineering assets without explicit written permission.

3. User Obligations & Technical Responsibilities

As a condition of using ZoFind Engineering Lab, you agree to:

• Use all engineering assets exclusively for lawful mobile device repair and servicing
• Verify device model, variant, region, and chipset compatibility before downloading or flashing
• Maintain proper backups of device data before performing any engineering operation
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding mobile device servicing and data protection
• Not use ZoFind resources for any illegal activities including but not limited to: stolen device unlocking, unauthorized data extraction, or bypassing lawful security measures on devices you do not own
• Ensure appropriate technical expertise before attempting any flashing or repair procedure

4. Digital Engineering Asset Policy

All resources available on ZoFind Engineering Lab are digital engineering assets. Due to their intangible, non-returnable nature:

• All sales and downloads are considered final upon successful delivery or access
• Refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy (see Section 12)
• No exchanges, returns, or reversals after asset download or repository access
• Users must verify product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before purchase

5. Account Registration & Security

Some features of ZoFind may require account registration. If you create an account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are fully accountable for all activities occurring under your account
• Immediately notify ZoFind support of any unauthorized account access or security breach
• ZoFind reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting suspicious activity, policy violations, or security risks
• Do not share account access with unauthorized third parties

6. Payment Processing & Transactions

All payments for engineering assets are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By completing a transaction:

• You authorize the total transaction amount including applicable fees
• You confirm you have the legal right to use the selected payment method
• ZoFind is not liable for gateway-specific transaction failures, declines, or processing delays
• Chargebacks or payment disputes must be raised through official support channels before initiating bank reversals
• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, engineering assets, firmware bundles, FRP packs, software, graphics, logos, text, documentation, and technical materials on ZoFind Engineering Lab are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Ownership remains with ZoFind Engineering Lab or its respective licensors.

Prohibited actions include:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating engineering assets for redistribution
• Creating derivative works or modified versions without authorization
• Removing copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings
• Using ZoFind branding or assets to mislead third parties
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software tools

Violation of intellectual property terms may result in immediate account termination and legal proceedings.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE ENGINEERING ASSETS AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY ZOFIND ARE OFFERED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZoFind Engineering Lab disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure repository access
• Absolute compatibility with every device variant, region, or software version
• Successful repair outcome (repair success depends on device condition, technician skill, and multiple variables)

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ZoFind Engineering Lab, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but not limited to: device damage, data loss, business interruption, loss of profits, or hardware failure arising from use or inability to use our engineering assets, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZoFind Engineering Lab, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your misuse of any engineering asset or technical resource
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Any claim that your use caused damage to a third-party device or data

10. Termination & Suspension

ZoFind Engineering Lab reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform, engineering repository, or user account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Unauthorized redistribution or resale of engineering assets
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment or chargeback disputes
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your license to use ZoFind engineering assets terminates immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Third-Party Links & Integrations

ZoFind Engineering Lab may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party platforms. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ZoFind shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation through ZoFind's official support channels. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies under applicable law.

13. Modifications to Terms

ZoFind Engineering Lab reserves the sole right to update, modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without individual prior notification. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the ZoFind website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZoFind Engineering Lab regarding your use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
