By completing any transaction on ZoFind, you acknowledge that digital assets are non-transferable and non-returnable once accessed. Please review all product specifications before purchasing.

2. When Are Refunds Applicable?

Refund requests are evaluated strictly under these verifiable conditions:

• Complete Non-Delivery: Payment processed but no download link or repository access received within 24 hours
• Permanent Link Failure: Provided download link is permanently inaccessible and cannot be restored by engineering team
• Server-Side Technical Failure: Prolonged (48+ hours) repository outage preventing legitimate asset access
• Duplicate Payment: Accidental multiple charges for same engineering asset (excess amount refunded)
• File Verification Failure: Downloaded file fails CRC/SHA checksum verification after engineering team confirmation

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Under no condition will refunds be issued for:

• ❌ User selecting wrong firmware bundle or FRP pack for their device model
• ❌ Insufficient technical expertise to properly utilize the engineering asset
• ❌ Hardware or software compatibility conflicts (user's computer, cable, or device condition)
• ❌ Change of technical requirement or decision after purchase completion
• ❌ Asset has been downloaded, extracted, or accessed from repository
• ❌ Third-party antivirus or firewall blocking engineering tools
• ❌ User's internet connectivity or bandwidth limitations
• ❌ Any issue arising after 14 days from purchase date

4. Buyer's Technical Responsibility

Before purchasing any engineering asset from ZoFind, you agree to:

• ✓ Verify exact device model number (e.g., SM-A125F, not just "Samsung A12")
• ✓ Confirm region/carrier variant and current software version
• ✓ Read complete product description, requirements, and warnings
• ✓ Ensure proper flashing setup (drivers, cable, power backup)
• ✓ Backup device data - ZoFind not liable for data loss during repair

5. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund request under eligible conditions, follow this process:

Approved refunds are processed to original payment method within 5-8 business days after approval confirmation.
